Your order will be discreetly and securely packaged in an appropriate sized plain Jiffy envelope.

For maximum discretion your credit card statement will bare no reference to our company or the items you have purchased.

All orders placed before 1pm Mon-Fri, will be dispatched on the same day, (UK Time). Orders placed after 1pm will be sent on the next working day.

Before submitting your order please ensure that your delivery address is correct, it is your responsibility to enter the full and exact delivery address, we cannot be held responsible for non delivery if the address has been entered incorrectly.

Free Special Delivery NEXT DAY on all orders over £50

All orders are sent by one of the following services

  • FREE 1st class delivery  - Insurance is NOT available with 1st class delivery  (royal mail aim to deliver by the next working day, but can be upto 3 working days).
     
  • FREE 1st class recorded signed for  (royal mail aim to deliver by the next working day, but can be upto 3 working days).

  • Special Delivery Next Day - Guaranteed service by 1pm is available from a premium of £5.50 or FREE on all orders over £50 (Next day is only guaranteed if ordered before 1pm Mon-Thurs). Full insurance is available with this service.

  • Special Delivery 9am - Guaranteed service by 9am is available from a premium of £15.50 (Next day is only guaranteed if ordered before 1pm Mon-Thurs). Full insurance is available with this service.

All dispatched orders you will receive your tracking number with a link to royal mail so you can track your order. Before emailing us regarding non delivery please ensure that you have checked the tracking at royal mail first.

1st class orders should be received within 72 hours but we cannot contact royal mail regarding non delivery until at least 7 days after the date of posting.

Please Note: We now only use Royal Mail Next Day Guaranteed (Special Delivery) and Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For.
